Hello All...It's Friday, which means many of my kegs will get emptied this weekend! I want to try something new and great...what is the best recipe out there, that you are willing to share?
 
Popple River Pale Ale

5 gallon batch

8 lbs 2 Row
1 lb Crystal 20

mash at 150 for 60 minutes

preboil gravity is 1.040

1.0 oz Saaz 60 min hop
.50 oz Saaz 15 min
.25tsp Irish Moss at 10 min
.50 oz Saaz at 5 min

Pitch one packet of Safale US 05...

Primary for 1 to 2 weeks...then I like to cold crash to 35degrees for a week or so..then force carb in the keg.

I placed an order from AHS for some Saaz...I have the rest and appreciate the recipe!
