I just finished off a tall, cool, wonderful glass of home brew and Oh my it is Friday evening and I'm feeling good. Ain't life grand!
Anyone else enjoying their Friday?

Edit: Got to go get another one.:mug:

I'll second that! I just had a glass of home brew and am still gloating over Duke getting beat yesterday!!! :D

Dude - Sounds like you need a new job...working on Friday night (hey whatever pays the bills)

I'm on a business trip again. I just left here last Thurs night and now I'm back again (as of Wed). I don't leave until next Thurs.

I'll be home for 2 weeks then gone again for 3 weeks.

We are 80-some days into the new year and I've only been in the office 17 days!

This trip and the next I'll be out of the office ANOTHER 93 days by the end of the year!

I LOVE MY JOB!!!!

Drinking...Smithwick's Irish Ale...

sitting at home, watching a good game between BC and 'Nova, drilling out a zapap lauter tun, and drinkin' home brew!!!!

Only problem is my drill battery just died and I'm almost done! :(

I'm way ahead of you! Charging the battery is giving the nerve damage in my hand caused by holding that drill a chance to heal!

Wow! OT for BC and Nova!

I'd show you what I'm drinking but my batteries for my dig camera are dead. Maybe I should charge those batteries too. I have a sweet Green Lantern glass too.....

Nothing better than waiting while the batteries charge :D

I'm drinking my stout, trying to polish it off, but not exactly enjoying it. Some of them have an astringency from the oak cubes that I don't at all appreciate, others are okay. Scratch that recipe.

SWMBO is playing bunko (??) which I had never even heard of until we moved to a development and I still don't know what the hell it is. I hope it doesn't cost me any money. I should probably pre-emptively buy some brewing equipment.

Just be happy she's not listening to an Amway or Quikstar (same frickin' thing) speech. My wife's friend tried to pawn that on her and I said hell no! (sorry if this offends anyone on here who is into Amway or Quikstar, I realize it works for some people but IMHO, it is a scam)

It's a scam, no opinion. Had to save my brother-in-law from it while he was here one summer. I also had to politely tell my mother I wasn't interested in lowering my long-distance bill. Multiple times.

BTW, bunko isn't a pyramid scam, is it? She left her phone...and I don't know which house she's at.

Just finished a Coopers Pond Water, er I mean Sparkling Ale, now I'm having one of my ciders from last year. It's finally starting to taste decent after about 5 months.

My wife is in Tunica gambling, while I'm watching the kids. That WILL cost me money. I told her she could call me any time of the morning or night if she won more that 10 grand. She thinks it's because I want share her joy, it's really so I can tell her to get the hell out the casino and don't give that money back!

Just hold out a glimmer of hope that she'll be that lucky person who wins that 10 million dollar slot machine!

Mine has been playing that for 20 years now with the same group...it's just an excuse for them to get together once a month and yell and scream. The up side is that sometimes the host is serving alcohol, and they come home kind of frisky.

Sometimes if you wait until the light is out you can sneak up on them. Just sayin'...
