I made a Brown 2 weeks ago, it fermented well for the first 3 days and I think it's probably doing fine still. I am surprised by the krausen still at the top of it (yeast was Wyeast 1318)... Also, today I noticed white streaks on the side of the carboy, which looks like fat and I'm curious if anyone has had this happen to them. I'm not too worried about it but I really just want to know what's going on. The pic and recipe are posted below:

41% MO 5.13#
41% 2-row 5.12#
6% C60 0.75#
1% Midnight Wheat 0.11#
2% flaked oats 0.25#
2% Malted Oats 0.25#
4% flaked barley 0.5#
3% Chocolate 0.41#

I figure it's related to the 1# of oats and barley used but if anyone has any information or experience on this let me know.

Looks like yeast stuck to the ridges of the carboy. Happens to me all the time.
