White film left on glass

The other day I tried a friends raspberry beer. I noticed that it left a thick white film on the inside of the glass after it had been sitting for a bit. Never seen a beer do that before so i was curious as to what might have caused it. oh, he said that he also used some honey to balance the tart taste if that helps at all.

do you mean dried up head? I've had beers with good head retention do that. Particularly Stone IPA.

It's called history. You can tell how many sips you have taken fom it.

Mine are nomally none if I'm very thirsty.

was it cloudy? It could've been yeast sediment.

It wasnt dried up head or yeast. It only showed up after the glass dried out.
