Well I did my first all grain today! :rockin:

I did a Mack and Jack's Clone.........Brewhouse efficiency was about 70%

70 percent isn't bad at all. How did your brew day go? Was it like you expected?

It actually went really well with the exception of a minor incident! After I put my IM chiller in the pot, the supply tubing was to close to the burner and it melted of course..LOL....I was able to cut the section out and re-clamp it.......it did the trick, now i need to get some longer tubing for the next batch!.

Macki and Jack's is brewed right here in Washington and is a great Beer! Can't wait to try this after its been in the bottle for 4 weeks.

Appreciate it! this is my 3rd brew, the two previous ones had been extract kits! I( am now planning on what to brew next weekend! hehehe
 
Congats!!! Wow, copper manifold and a wizbang lilsparky hop control system. Cheers to you...I've been brewin on and off for twenty years and I just use a modest length of braid in the tun, and throw the pellets in the kettle.

edit>>>I also notice you got a schmancy remote wire thermo temp thing...I feel like a peasant now w/ my rudimentary dial stick. Theres no stoppin you now!!!
