Started at 1:30 PM, just finished (now 8:30) Here is what I accomplished!
While mashing my Russian Imperial Stout, I cleaned 2 cases of bottles.
While Boiling the RIS, I made a 5 gallon batch of EdWort's Apfelwein.
While waiting for boil to finish, I bottled my Dunkelweisen.
While waiting for my RIS to cool I made a 2nd batch (4 gallons) of EdWorts Apfelwein.
Cleaned everything, three new airlocks installed, and now I am enjoying a HB :rockin:
Only 7 hours, not bad for my fourth brew day
