Throwing this out to you guys to see what is going wrong all of a sudden. Last 2 batches (Zwiefacher Roggenbier German Rye beer, and Bit R Dun ESB) have come out having a real tang in the taste. Nothing unusual in the making, fermenting or bottling with either batch.
Any ideas? How do they make sour beer because I think I'm on the way but I really don't like them!
