I'm trying to find a place that has cheap oar style handles. Here's the catch. They need to be either black or not stained/varnished. All I ever find is varnished.

By brother works at a printing company and will make custom Saints and Flyers designs for them out of scrap vinyl at the shop. The only Flyers or Saints ones I find are overpriced and kind of lame...

Ideally would be One of a football helmet and the other a hockey mask that I could give to him and have him paint them for me. The oar style would be if I couldn't find the more elaborate ones first.

You can get these at Lowe's for about $2.98 each. The ladies really like them. They sell the inserts too.

Ahhh, the internet, where you can type in <thing that you want>.com and almost always find what you want.

Nothing nearly as creative or inexpensive as Ed's brilliant DIY work, but they do have some on the lower end of the cost scale ($10-15), and a huge selection of more expensive stuff.

Something like the Molson Goalie mask or the Labatt hockey glove ones would be great if I could somehow repaint them.

I forgot all about the little tap screw thingies.

I have plenty of time before I really need to worry about the handles. I still need a CO2 Tank, regulator, and a couple more kegs. I'm mostly looking for a bday present for my wife to get me. :)

Keep sending out the ideas!

Ed: I bet they REALLY like them when the fridge's compressor turns on!
