My coworker loved my 3-tap keezer and his wife wants to get him one for their anniversary.
Any feedback on reputable places that sell kegerators?

It depends on how much work they are planning on doing...

It could be as easy as buying a kegerator at an online store:
Kegerator.com
or
kegconnection.com
There are lots of people that do this - and there are lots of people that sell them.

or as difficult as doing something like these:

Talk to them - find out what their priorities are (2 kegs only? Where do they want to put it? etc...) and then guide them accordingly...

I second Kegerator.com, but do your research first. I got one before I knew a lot. The lines I got are 6 feet in length and are thicker than most people recommend with their home built ones which means you will have to turn the pressure down more than usual. Also the faucets I got have the connection in the back so if it is not used a lot the handles get stiff and take a spritz of starsan to loosen them up. The temperatures (on mine) don't go as low as a chest freezer but for me it is ok.
