Never heard of him before, but I did some quick sleuthing, because... I had nothing better to do this morning. 
Looks like he's deleted all of his HomebrewChris accounts on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook, but if you track through a bit, he posted an Instagram photo back on August 28, 2020, so... as a guess, maybe he just had too much life going on and stopped the channel?

Loved homebrew Chris fab videos sadly haven't seen him on youtube for a while hoping he may return within tge near and present future
