I want to do a beer using all belgian malted wheat as the base grain. Where can I order some from? Castle and Dingemanns would be the two big manufacturers. I've checked their websites but you can't order from them directly it seems. AHS and widwest don't seem to carry any either.

The Grape and Granary in Ohio. I have ordered from them numerous times. They are great and fast. $1.95 per lb. for Dingemans

Browsing Store - WHEAT- PALE- DINGEMANS

cheers
