Headline: Despite Ransom, No Dog
Summary:
"Macy and Jim Phvkup said the caller - a man they trusted - said he had taken their car and their dog. The car had been abandoned at an undisclosed location and the dog was locked inside with only a water bowl. If the Phvkups wanted to find out the location of their car, they would wire the money immediately. If they did not,they would never see their Pomeranian mix, Pumpkin, again."

"Phvkup said she and her husband, who live in Texas, hired Tookatwist through the online classified site Craig's list to do some roofing work in Houston. During a job in Oklahoma City, Tooatwist was in need of transportation, so the Phvkups loaned him their car and asked him to pet sit while they went to visit relatives...."
WTF? Seriosuly? How can people be THAT ignorant?
Hire a roofer off CL, and then loan him your car?
Honestly, I think the dog figured out these people are idiots and orphaned himself.
