So I have an OG 1.123 braggot that's currently at 1.035 after 10 days. US-05 yeast at 64 F. For the last few days it's been dropping 2-3 gravity points a day, so it's not done yet, but slowly getting there.

I'd really like to free up the fermentation chamber in a few days. I'd ideally also like to free up the fermenter and the Tilt that's in it. My options are:
  1. Take the braggot out of the chamber but leave it in the fermenter, in the garage where temperature fluctuates in the low 70s.
  2. Keg it, and leave the keg in the garage, in the low 70s.
  3. Keg it, but bring the keg into the house for a controlled 70 F. This has some probability of irritating my partner.
  4. Leave it be, in the fermenter in the fermentation chamber.
What's my best choice here?

I'd keg it, leave it in the garage, but close it up and pull the PRV once a day. That way you can get some of the carbonating done. Call it a pressurized D rest. LOL :mug:
