My 2nd batch of beer is in secondary and almost ready for bottling. It's a clone of Widmer Hefeweizen (american wheat). I've been taking a gravity reading for the past 4 nights and it hasn't changed. The reading is 1.01. Think it's ready for the bottle?

How long was it in primary and secondary. Also you could probably skip the secondary especially if your making a wheat

It was in primary for 13 days. Secondary for 6 days.

Widmer Hefeweizen is usually cloudy and I've seen some recipes that call for 1 tablespoon of flour. I didn't use any flour so I'm guessing this batch won't be very cloudy.

My yield was 43 bottles. I use the Grolsch bottles.

I'll test them out in a week and see how my 2nd batched fared. I've got my fingers crossed.
