When shoul I add Chocolate liqueur???

Hi, I'm brewing an oatmeal chocolate stout. I want to know when I should add the chocolate liqueur..... would it be during the brew or second fermentation? I'm using Godiva Chocolate Liqueur....

My guess is before bottling. Are you using that creamy one? Usually people use cocoa powder and chocolate malt for chocolate stouts.

Yeah I got it from bevmo.... I decided to add it on the last 30 minutes of the boil..... I hope it turns out well..... I actually don't like using tinctures.... but the bib's were sold out

Not tinctures of cocoa powder or chocolate malt. You steep the malt or put it in with the mash or put the powder in the boil or fermenter.

Look into using cocoa powder or a chocolate extract
