When do I move the bottles to the fridge?

After 3 weeks in the bottles, am I supposed to move all of the bottles to the fridge for storage, or is it better to keep the ones I wont be drinking right away at room temperature?

Either one. If you have room for all of them in your fridge, chill 'em and enjoy 'em. If not, just put in what you will be using.

@ about 3 weeks, I usually put one or two in the fridge for a couple days to taste them, and see if they are carbed, and not green...If I like where it's at, I chill a couple 6 pacs worth down...I really don't have the space to chill an entire batch donw..I just refrill the fridge as need.
