I found a recipe and ordered the Ingredients, but now I can't find the recipe anymore.

I wanted to make a blueberry ale and have:

3 lbs. WHEAT DME
3 lbs. LIGHT DME
0.5 lbs. LIGHT CRYSTAL
1 oz. LIBERTY HOPS
1 oz. FUGGLE HOPS

I can figure out the steeping grains, and when to add the DME, but I don't know when to add the hops.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd take the higher AA hops and add them at 60 minutes. Then split the other, add 1/2 at 20 min. and 1/2 at 5 min. That's a fairly standard hop schedule.

Probably Liberty at 60 min and the fuggles at 15 min.

Usually one hop is better for bittering and one for flavor/aroma. Fuggles usually ends up as a flavor hop when I use it, so that is what I would base my guess on.

I'll agree w/Foosier and go with 60 and 15 mins. After this brew, get away from extracts, get a BIAB and go all grain.

Thank you guys so much. I think I placed the order after a few homebrews and lost the recipe. Thank goodness for this website and it's knowable and experienced brewers for help!
