A lot of people don't do the secondary thing because it's the time when you can pick up some funky funk, transferring from one carboy to another. I'm a THIRD TIME brewer (new to this). Look at my pics. Did I just have a little more fermentation going on, or am I growing space grass in my beer? I'm not a chemist, or a biologist, or a horticulturalist.

Thanks for any input.

The picture is too blurry to comment.

How long has it been fermenting? Did you transfer this because it could have kicked off again slightly. If it starts looking like a fuzzy white scab on the top of the beer then your infected
 
Yeah, it's too dark to really see anything. If you really want to know you'll have to post another shot. From what I can see it could be yeast rafts. Could be nothing. Don't freak out yet.
