Whats your thoughts?

This is my first brew....I have bottled everything but kept a small sample out to try. I put it in the fridge to make it cold and it has a tang like taste. Could this beer be no good? Its a Belgium IPA....I took gravity reading before and after fermentation and all numbers matched what the box said. Could this be because it hasn't carbonated? Or could it got infected due to sanitation issues? I tried my best with transferring threw all steps. Just wanted thoughts on this so next batch turns out better.

Are you a fan of Belgium IPA? They tend to be high in phenols.

Yea I enjoy Belgium ipa's. I would say almost ever ipa I have enjoyed.

You'll know if it's infection if it gets worse. It probably just needs to settle a bit and it will be better.
