What's your favorite Hefe yeast?

The only one I used was 3068, I got tons of banana and little clove from it in the upper 60s with a spike into low-mid 70s.

Next time I would try WLP300.
 
I'll second the 3068. If your looking for a traditional Bavarian Weizen then it's either 3068 or WLP 0300. Last time a brewed with it I used Jamil's recommendation and fermented at 62 degrees. I got very little of the trademark phenols.
 
Check out WLP 351 when it's available in the spring. When I make the Paulaner Hef clone I feel the 351 gets it closest to the real thing, although WLP 300 gets pretty close.
 
Wyeast 1007 (German Ale) also makes a great Hefe. Its alot like American Wheat Wyeast 1010.

I like it because I wash yeast and its pretty good in other styles also.
