Im looking to become a more Belgian style brewer vs. typical ale brewer, so what is everybody using for good Bels?

Not to be an a$$ hat but how bout clicking on the recipe wiki tab and scroll to Belgians.

Many people have already taken the time to post some delicious recipes and lots of comments too!

Here is a basic trippel:

80% Pilsner (2-row will do)
20% table sugar
To get an OG around 1.070
Mash around 148 F

Noble hops to about 35 IBUs
Maybe half ounce hops at 5 minutes too.

Your choice of Belgian yeast. Start ferment at about 68 F, and raise to 80 F over the course of 5 days. Leave it at 80 for about a week. Condition in bulk for at least a month.

6lb Pilsen LME
2lb Golden light DME
1lb Table sugar
8oz Briess Crystal 40
4oz Caramunich II
1/2oz Sterling 60m
1/2oz Sterling 15m
