My all time only takes me back to June of 2010, but out of the 5 beers I've brewed in that time it's no competition, Simcoe IIPA. Thanks to TheWurzel.

What's your all time favorite? Or at least from the last year!:D

Depends on my mood. I've brewed a few good ones; I've posted some of the best of the best to my recipes here, but I don't think I could pick a single favourite.

Ferment 10 days, keg, force carb, cold condition 7 days.
 
Malty Kolsch

9# Weyermann Pilsner - 90 minute boil
1# Carapils

.45oz Magnum 12.5% - 60 min
.33oz Spalter 4.1% - 0 min

Ferment at 64 w/ wyeast kolsch

Decoction mash:
Acid Rest 100 - 40 min
Protein Rest 128 - 15 min
Sac. Rest 156 - 20 min

That batch didn't last more than a couple of weeks, I miss it.
