I've been active on the yeast slanting thread, but thought I might get quicker and more responses if I wrote a thread about what's going on currently. please excuse me if I've broken any forum etiquette rules. I recently slanted some Weihenstephaner #3068. I got some very active yeast growth, but some of the beads of yeast are a bright blood orange color. Any answers? Thank you for your help!
