Cheesy headline I know, but we can't all be as clever as Clint Yeastwood.
Anyways HELLO all and thanks for pitching in and your feedback. I'm glad there is a community of humble people to talk shop with.
Okay so right-off-the-back I have started brewing right after the Pandemic dwindled down. And so far I have done about 6 trial runs with only 3 successful batches. I am boiling wort with a 5 gallon stainless steel pot and fermenting in two 10 gallon containers. One for main and the other for secondary.
I am very interested in moving up to an Anvil or a Brewzilla all-in-one. Any input is welcomed.

I suggest you research your options well. I'm a three vessel with a HERMS brewer but I have been looking at all in one systems for a relative. There are many options available. And lots of reviews by users of those systems.
