I have a 6g PET carboy as my main fermentation vessel, and I usually one step it to the brim on bottling day. That gets rid of most, but not all of the debris and whatnot. The only stuff that's left is the dried krausen on the bottleneck/shoulder. I have a little coat hanger device and usually shove a wash cloth in there, but this is a pain in the ass. What are some ways to clean this without wasting so much one step? Will an undrilled rubber stopper hold in well enough for a deep clean?
