I want to clear out some of the older grain I have before I order new stuff for the year. Anyone have any ideas for an AG 10 gal batch? I'm open to brew any style. Here's what I have in stock.

Malts:
Rahr Standard 2 Row - 45#
Munich Type 1 - 40#
German Dark Munich - 4.5#
Breiss Victory - 3.5#
English Chocolate Malt - 1#
Belgian Biscuit Malt - 12oz
Briess Crystal 60 - 8oz
Breiss Special Roast - 4oz

Hops:
German Tettnang - 1#
Cluster - 3oz

Yeast:
Wyeast American Ale 1056 - 6pks
Wyeast Weihenstephan 3068 - 3pks
 
From your limited hop options I would likely go with a Porter using 2-row, Munich, the C-60, Chocolate Malt and Special Roast.
