5 gallon batch:

9# two row
1# c60
1# flaked barley (toasted in oven at 350F till browned)

1 oz Chinook 60min
1 oz Cascade 20min
1 oz Cascade 10min
1 oz Cascade 5min

Nice clean, neutral yeast.

Should make a nice, balanced IPA around 10 SRM and 58 IBU! That is what sounds tasty to me!

Black IPA (CDA) or IPA. Carafa III is great for a black IPA, and those hops are perfect.

With those, here is an alternate version of my favorite CDA:

Cascadian Ambrosia:
OG: 1.072
FG: 1.017
IBU: 90
Efficiency Used: 90%

10.5 lbs Pale 2-row
0.5 lb Caramel 60
0.5 lb Carafa III
0.35 lb Chocolate
0.5 lb Carapils

1.7 oz Chinook 60 min
1 oz Chinook 15 min
1 oz Centennial 10 min
1 oz Cascade 5 min
1 oz Centennial 0 min
2 oz Cascade dry hop 7 days

Chico Yeast (US-05/Wy1056/WL001) or any other clean-fermenting yeast.

Mash at 154 for 60 min
