Just looking for opinions here on what I should keg and what I should bottle. I've got two empty kegs now and three batches in progress (or soon to be.) I have an Oktoberfest that I made in March and have been lagering over the summer, an Ordinary Bitter, and am planning a hefeweizen for my next batch.
Which two of these three would you keg, and which would you bottle? I want to have the Oktoberfest and here ready for my Oktoberfest party, and I always have the bitter around as my house brew. Any suggestions? Any particular reason it'd be bette to bottle any of these beers over the others?
