I plan on brewing two beers on Wed. I have done this before but always used one Yeast starter on my stir plate and one rehydrated dry yeast pack. But this time I plan on making a yeast starters on my stir plate for both beers (WLP090 and WLP 007). The problem is I only have one 2L flask to make starters with.

I plan make my first yeast starter today (WLP090), stir plate for 24-32 hours, place in fridge, then decant and transfer to clean sanitized jar to be stored in fridge until brew day. Lid screwed on tight then warmed to room temp on brew day.

Then make my other yeast starter (WLP007) tomorrow night stir plate for 24-32 hours, place in fridge, then decant, warm up on brew day.

Does this sound right?

Should work just fine, as long as you are diligent with your sanitization methods, all that transferring makes for a high risk of contamination.
