What to do with old keg

A patient of mine gave me this today. It's a Spartanburg. Capacity isn't stated, but it looks between 5 and 10...8?

It has a smaller hole than my other Cornies and it's got a tiny leak in the seal and maybe one of the valves as well, so I have to fix that.

They used it for storing cleaner inside to pump into their system.

Will this be pretty universal with my other keg ball locks, parts, o rings, etc?

I think you got two main types of kegs, Cornelius and Spartanburg. The parts are not exactly universal between them but you can find parts for both. And the same QDs will work on both even if the post threads are different.

You should be able to find replacement parts easily with a little looking online.
