What to Brew?

I've done 6 extract's with grain kits all successful and was thinking about making the leap to all grain with a half batch ( 2.5 gallons) using DeathBrewer's set up as a guide. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f39/easy-stovetop-all-grain-brewing-pics-90132/

Here's my problem you guys have way to many good recipe's out there. so I'm not sure what to brew now. Any recommendations for a first all-grain half batch?

Ed's Haus Pale Ale, without a doubt. It's a pretty simple brew and gives excellent results. Not to mention HBT members have brewed probably thousands of gallons of it.
