I have an oz of Saaz and the same of Tradition hops in the freezer right now and im trying to figure out what to brew with them. I was thinking a wheat-style beer but I already have a wit bottled. Maybe a Belgian Dubbel or something? Can something like that be done in like 2 months or is that waaaaay too soon for a dubbel? Thanks for any suggestions,

btw, I dont have lagering capabilities :( :( :(

what CANT you brew with those???? :D

you could definitely make a belgian or any number of german lagers/ales.

i use saaz at the end of a number of recipes to soften the brew...it's a wonderful flavor/aroma hop.

I borrowed from Avery's recipe book and made my Wit with Saaz. While mine wasn't quite as tasty as White Rascal, it was damned good just the same!
