I accidentally dropped my aroma hops in on a brew at about 10 minutes left in the boil when it said 1 minute. How will this affect the aroma? Also is there a table for what each time does to the brew. Ex. 60 minutes bitter 10-1 aroma? etc.

You'll lose a little aroma at 10 min, but not to bad. If you're worried you can always dry hop some.

The aromatic oils in aroma hops evaporate pretty quickly. I usually add them at flame out. Try dry hopping by throwing a handful or two in your fermentor.
