This is the Recipie I am thinking about brewing for my next 5 gal batch what think you batch this is all grain?
9 lbs basic malt 2 raie oake malt
1/4 lbs basic malt smoked over apple wood to very smoky aroma.
1/2 lbs dark rye malt
1/2 lbs chocalte malt
1 oz northern brewer hops pelete bittering 1 hour boil alpha 9.4%
1/2 oz perle flavor 15 min boil (9%)
1/2 oz perle aromna 2 min boil 9%
yeast safale s-04
