C-120 1 pound
Special b 0.5 pounds
Chocolate malt 1 pound
German pale chocolate 0.5 pounds
Fresh honey 2 pounds 10 mins left in boil

90 min boil

60 min 2oz magnum
15 min 1oz summit and 1oz willamette
10 min repeat
5 min repeat
Flame out repeat

Dry English ale yeast

And what ya guys think???

Not running the numbers, I don't know if fits any style guidelines. Maybe a sweet, dark barley wine?

It started at 1.093 and was at 1.019 when I transferred to secondary
