What size steel?

So i am designing my brew stand and i originaly was going to use wood but i decided to do it right, so what size steel did you use? and what size does the brutis use??

1/8 inch wall is gobs plenty

just trying to price out my stand and figure out what steel to use, do you know like how wide etc?

1/8" wall, 1.5 x 1.5 square tubing seems good enough to me. I used angle, but it's a pain to work with compared to tubing.

It would really depend on the weight you are planning on putting on the stand, but even thin-wall 1" tube is incredibly strong when designed, gusseted and welded properly.
