I have a couple of used kegs with sticky posts. I have a socket wrench set, but none of the attachment are deep enough to get down to the threading, if that makes sense. They seem to be typical ball-lock kegs. My normal wrench has been fine until now, but this might need a socket.

Thanks!

This wrench, from Sears, is perfect for ALL kegs. I have 7 kegs with one size post, and 3 with a smaller size. This wrench handles both of them. Sears (my store had it sitting on a shelf, but you can buy online). (thanks EdWort!)

I have a similar one I got at home depot. Works for all my kegs as well.

I had some posts that were pretty tough to remove when i got my decommissioned soda kegs. I had to lay them on their side and sit on them then put the wrench on and give it a few moderate hits with a rubber mallet to break the years of soda crap that had locked them on.
