what should I buy?

I am about to place an order for bulk grain with a local brewery. I think I will get 6-8 bags. They order from Brewer's Supply and so I can get about anything. I am only ordering base grain.

I am thinking of some 2 Crisp Maris Otter, 1 Simpson Golden Promise, 2 Durst Pilsner, and 1 Durst Vienna. Any suggestions? I can get Breiss 2-row anytime locally so I don't want to get any of that.

I plan to do some strong ales, pilsner and fest, and probably a Flanders Red.

I think you have your bases covered! Unless you plan on using a ton of specialty malt, you have most of the base malts I'd ever consider using. If it were me, I'd grab a bag of white wheat as well, but some people can be biased against weiss/weizen beer...
