I've got:

2-row, lots of 2 row
1# Munich
1/2# Crystal 60l
1/2# Chocolate
1/2# Flaked Wheat
1 oz East Kent Goldings
1/2 oz Fuggles
1/2 oz Saaz

I'll buy yeast tomorrow, but I'm short on cash so that's about all I can afford.
I do 3 gallon AG batches.

Thanks!

I'm not at my own computer right now, so I don't have access to my beersmith, and beercalculuc.com is acting wonky right now so I can't run the numbers...

I was thinking

For 3 gallon batch...

5# 2 row
1# Munich
1/2# Crystal 60l
1/4# Chocolate

.25 oz East Kent Goldings @60
.25 oz Fuggles @ 20

.25 each EKG and Fuggles @ flameout...

Brown Ale.

Original Gravity
1.065
(1.058 to 1.067)
Final Gravity
1.016
(1.014 to 1.017)
Color
13° SRM
(Copper to Red/Lt. Brown)

22.8 IBU

5# 2 row
1# Munich
1/2# Crystal 60l
1/4# Chocolate

.75 oz East Kent Goldings @60
.25 oz Fuggles @ 20
.25 each EKG and Fuggles @ flameout

Yeah, any english or american ale yeast you like and can afford.

I put the hops and grainbill more in line with an amercan brown than an english...but whatever yeast you like.
