Hi everyone! Myself and a couple of business partners are looking to start a launch-pad for hopeful home brewers looking to take the next step on their brewing journey. It begs the question: What equipment would you need to take your brewing to the next level?

A fully electric 20 Gal Blichmann? A 3.5BBL set-up? Just a good burner?

Thanks in advance for any insights you can share!

Next step for my current home brew system?
-Counterflow Chiller
-Maybe swap one of my brewbuckets and wine fridges for a Conical with glycol

Next step beyond that?
-If i'm expanding past that, i might as well open a brewery

Yesterday a buddy of mine says "Since you sold your boat, you should build a temp controlled building in the spot in your yard that you kept it. Turn it into a small brewery with a bar for friends to come hang out."

If only I had that kind of money. haha

Just pulled the trigger on a Brewhardware.com RIMS setup for my eBIAB system. I boil with an induction burner, but this will give me feedback control for mashing. I dont do a lot of stepped mashes, but even if I do, I would not need to automate the entire process.

After that, I hope to get a freezer for fermentation.
