I am fairly new to wine making. I have made four batches with my boyfriend, but I am getting ready to do a solo batch.
This time around, I want to make some from Welch's white grape raspberry concentrate..
So, my question is, what kind of yeast should I use for it this time around?
What I have on hand is:
71b-1122
bourgovin rc212 (I know that one says for dry whites)
Id hate to have to order some and wait for it, so just wondering if either of these two are suitable or if I have to order, what kind is best for it?
