I've got a blackberry wine that is in the secondary. I'd like to clarify it quickly to make room in the better bottle. What can I use?

hi i'm new to this forum stuff but if your stuck you can use beaten egg white, really it does work.sorry i dont use any chemicals.or agent this or that in any of my wines and they turn out fine.storing it somewhere cold will also help speed up the clearing.

So you wont add chemicals, but you'll put raw egg into your wine??? Aren't you worried about bacteria like salmonella?
