What is the Correct Pitching ....

So what is the correct pitching temp for wort? My kit said 80 and I hear that was two warm...

you can pitch at up to 75, but 70 or lower is preferable.

ideally, the temp you're going to ferment at, or a few degrees cooler. That said, I tend to get impatient and pitch at around 75-ish. I really ought to let it get down to 65 or so first, tho.
