Recipe calls for, "60 minute saccharification rest at 154 degrees F." What does that mean?
 
What is the 30 minute protein rest at 122 degrees F in the same recipe then?
 
It means you need to read up more before trying it. ;)

Please don't take that the wrong way, I say it in jest, but with an undertone of the truth. Search for topics related to mashing temps and steps. :)
