What is in this beer?

It's a brown ale. I added 4oz. Brewers Best coconut extract into the keg. I carbed it at 30psi for 3 days released the pressure and reset to 8 psi to serve.

There wasn't anything "suspended" into the beer when I racked it into the keg. I have poured 3 pints now, and it's still in there.

Thoughts?

Thanks. I just added some gelatin. First time I've ever used it. I guess I'll see what it does in a few days.

Wouldn't you have to drop the co2 out of suspension for the gelatin to be effective? I just picture the gelatin dragging the particles down while the co2 tries to float them.
 
when you changed the psi for serving, did you bump the keg at all? maybe allow a few days or week for sediment to settle completely, then pour off a pint or two
 
Well the gelatin cleared a little bit, but the gunk is still there. Not sure what to do
