What is a fair price for this kegerator?

I have the home depot Vissani kegerrator that holds 2 5 gallon cornies. I changed out the plastic tower for a 2 tap stainless steel tower. It works fine and keeps everything nice and cold.
I want to sell just the fridge, and the stainless tower. No taps and no co2 bottle. I was thinking $200-$250.
The fridge retails for $450, and a 2 tap stainless tower without taps is $90 from kegconnection.com.
I am building a 4 tap kezzer.
What do you guys think?

I'd say $200 is more than fair since the buyer will be getting a kegerator with all of the hard work done for him/her. I bought my Danby Millennium for $100 @ a scratch and dent, then spent another $300 on parts. With that said, i would have loved to only spend $200 for the tower/fridge.

Would $250 sound good if I include the Stainless steel drip tray and 2 way co2 dist.
