What grapes are these?

I'd be cautious. They look kinda like pokeberries to me.

Or perhaps woodbine berries.

Yeah, we also have pokeberry growing in the yard as well. I guess thicket creeper does make sense... Damn. Well, at least I still have chokecherry in the yard. Thank you guys.
 
As the other have posted, do not eat those, the following is taken from a quick google search
Pokeberries are shrubby plants with purple-red stems and clusters of purple berries that look grapes. Eating several berries can cause pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Adults have eaten the roots, mistaking them for medicinal plants. Serious gastrointestinal problems have occurred, including bloody vomiting, bloody diarrhea, and low blood pressure.
