OK. I've been using one of these for 2 decades and have been meaning to share how helpful it is for brewing, as well as a million other things. Here it is.

Pittsburgh Automotive
500 lbs. Capacity Hydraulic Table Cart

https://www.harborfreight.com/500-lbs-capacity-hydraulic-table-cart-61405.html

I put my boil kettle on it. I put my fermenters on it. I put my kids on it. Unload a freezer from your pickup truck, by yourself!

It's totally worth the $$. I can usually use gravity to do transfers. It's also great for moving your full fermenter to its hibernation location.

and no, I don't work for harbor freight :)

Hmmm. I've been meaning to add a cart to my garage brew house for a long while now but this as you point out has multiple possibilities.

Nice! I was actually contemplating a stationary motorcycle lift for purposes of raising/lowering a full brew kettle... it would stay in place in a 3 vessel electric setup, allowing gravity drain into the kettle (and eliminating one pump).

Same concept, but this has more utility. Lots of uses for sure.

You won't regret it. The paint will flake off right away since the rubber sheet comes off easily but no big deal.
