You'll need CO2. The tank will ship empty. If you get a nice shiny aluminum one, make sure to get it filled, not exchanged. Otherwise you'll get an old rusty steel tank back. :(
 
Less friends or the beer will disappear faster than you can make it!

Racking tube to transfer the beer from fermenter to keg also. One trick I've also got into is a hand hand clicker, every time we pour a beer we click it over and it saves having to guess when the keg is going to blow. They are about $2 on eBay dlvd.
 
Keg lube
Extra poppets (a good thing to have in the future but not necessary now)
Sanitizer
Cleaner (PBW/oxiclean free)
CO2 fill
Pint Glasses
