Kit came with Premier Cuvee, is that appropriate for the style, or would something like Montrachet be a better fit?

Anyone know anything about Vintner's Harvest Premium Wine Yeasts available at Northen Brewer?
Thank you

Premier Cuvee will do the trick. Montrachet might be a little better if the target ABV is 8-10%.

For a straight-ahead red or white, fully dry, you can't go wrong with Premier Couvee. The Montrachet can really stink up the house.

For the most part, we can trust the kit manufacturers to pick the right yeast. Even if they might save a buck by putting in some less-than-ideal yeast, why would they do it? They want us to be happy and buy more of their kits, don't they?
